Mark Sample quoted me for a new wooden floor and the possible replacement to any underlying beams that were beyond reasonable repair at our holiday home in southern Brittany, France.

He attended the house promptly at the time to give the quote, we agreed at start date and Mark kept me updated on the progress of the work by phone and e-mail with photos of the completed work.
